Help with your board

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser or device you used. For a score issue, include the teams and approximate time. A screenshot can help; remove personal information first.

Never send a sign-in code, TV pairing code, password, or other secret. You can also check the FAQ for setup and troubleshooting.

Account and privacy requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email us from the address associated with your account and say what you would like us to do. We may ask for additional verification before releasing information or changing an account.

Disconnecting a TV is different from deleting an account. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Rights and attribution

For a concern about an image, animation, attribution, or other material, include the page URL, identify the material, and explain your relationship to it. Please provide a way for us to contact you.
