Terms of Use.

The service

Boca-Board provides football scoreboards, game information, and related presentation features. It is not a television broadcaster and does not provide access to a game broadcast. You are responsible for your devices, internet access, and any separate viewing services.

There is no subscription checkout in the current app. Any future paid offering will present its price and applicable terms before you purchase it.

Accounts and connected screens

Use an email address you control. Keep your sign-in and pairing codes private and connect only screens you are authorized to use. Disconnect shared or transferred devices when you no longer want them to access your board. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Privacy Policy explains how account and screen information is handled. Account deletion is available by verified request to support, not by simply signing out.

Acceptable use

Do not use Boca-Board unlawfully, access another person’s account without permission, interfere with the service, evade security or rate limits, distribute malware, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Do not misrepresent a connection to Boca Labs or any team, league, broadcaster, or other rights holder.

Scores, timing, and availability

Game information comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or corrected. Broadcast timing and scoreboard timing may differ. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, exact synchronization between screens, or error-free scores and animations.

Boca-Board is for game-day information and entertainment. Do not rely on it as the authoritative record of a result or as the basis for wagers or other financial decisions. Features and data availability may change.

Content and third-party services

Boca Labs and the respective rights holders retain their rights in the software, design, images, names, and other material used by the service. Access to Boca-Board does not grant a right to redistribute third-party data or assets, use trademarks, or imply endorsement. See Credits for source information.

Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or operation.

Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact support@boca-board.com. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or service discontinuation.

Service limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes and questions

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Questions or concerns should be sent to support@boca-board.com. Boca Labs operates from Arizona, USA; these terms do not require arbitration or select an exclusive court.
