SCREEN GUIDE
Open Boca-Board on the screen you want to use.
On that screen, open the Boca-Board.com website and select “Open the scoreboard.”
If the TV has a web browser
- Open the web browser from the TV’s apps or menu.
- Enter Boca-Board.com in its address bar.
- Select “Open the scoreboard.” All Games will appear.
Can’t find a browser, or the scoreboard won’t load?
Use a computer connected with HDMI instead. A TV’s browser may not support everything the scoreboard needs.
Otherwise, connect a computer with HDMI
- Connect a computer to the TV with an HDMI cable. You may need a display adapter for the computer.
- Using the TV remote, select the HDMI input you plugged into.
- On the computer, open the Boca-Board.com website and select “Open the scoreboard.”
- Show that browser window on the TV. Then select “Enter full screen” on the scoreboard if available.
The TV shows a desktop, but not the browser
The computer may be using the TV as an extra desktop. Drag the browser window across to that screen. Or open the computer’s display settings and choose to mirror or duplicate the displays, so both show the same thing.
The TV says “No signal”
Check that the computer is awake, the cable is connected at both ends, and the TV is set to the matching HDMI input. If an adapter is needed, it must support video output.
The screen goes dark after a while
Keep the computer plugged in and adjust its sleep and screen-saver settings for the time you want the scoreboard running.
A spare screen works, too.
A laptop or desktop can show Boca-Board on its own screen. Open the website there and select “Open the scoreboard.”
A spare monitor or projector works like the HDMI option above: connect a computer, then show the browser window on it.
Keep watching the broadcast on whichever screen you already use. Boca-Board shows scores and game information.
Once the scoreboard is showing
Keep All Games on screen, or select a matchup. Full-screen mode and phone control are optional.
To use your phone as a remote, select “Control with a phone” on the scoreboard, scan its QR code, and sign in. More about phone control →
